Having spent a decade working in the USA in the very competitive business environment, Nick returned to New Zealand in 2002, leveraged his international experience and bought an ailing packaging company. Turning it into a highly successful business, Nick sold in 2008 and began consulting to other business owners. With numerous high profile assignments under her belt locally and abroad, Giselle has a demonstrated history of leading large teams, complex work programmes and special projects within political spheres and the government and non-government sector. Giselle's legal and political background and Master's Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, complement her direct yet collaborative leadership and no nonsense approach, ensuring client briefs and expectations are met and delivered to the highest of standards.
